Andre 3000 has finally treated fans to a listen of his rap verse on Beyonce's cover of 'Back To Black' for the 'Great Gatsby' soundtrack.

Amy Winehouse, who died in 2011, recorded the ballad in 2007 but the Outkast rapper and 'Single Ladies' diva Beyonce have caused quite the stir with many blasting producers for not opting to use Amy's original version.

Still, snippets of the reworked song have continued to tease fans and now a preview of Andre 3000's verse has been leaked and sees the rapper take on the first set of lyrics on the track. “I left no time to regret/ Kept my d**k wet/ With that same old bed,” Andre raps.

Not only has the remix angered fans but it has also infuriated Amy's father Mitch Winehouse, who claims he was never asked permission for the cover while also blasting Beyonce's vocals saying she “brings nothing to it.”

“I don’t think she brings anything to it. I wasn’t asked for my permission if they could record it,” Mitch told the Mail Online.

“They have got to pay for the privilege, which is what they are doing. I can’t tell you how much it is but it’s a lot of money.”

Mitch first hit out at the song earlier this month soon after a preview was released, demanding Beyonce pay £100,000 to the Amy Winehouse Foundation.
