Harry Styles To Return To Richard Branson's 'Party Island' As 'One Direction Perform Star Studded NYE Gig'?

One Direction could be ringing in 2014 in paradise as it's reported the band have been invited by Sir Richard Branson to perform at his star-studded New Years Eve part on Necker Island.

The business mogul is said to be planning a huge bash on his island retreat, with a guest list made up of "A-listers, millionaires, billionaires and Hollywood stars". 

And all those celebs could be entertained by Harry, Zayn, Liam, Niall and Louis, with a source telling the Mirror:

“One Direction have been asked to be the main attraction and perform at the party. Officially the bash is being thrown to celebrate the start of space flights with Virgin Galactic which are due to be launching by the end of 2014, but it will not be a ‘worky’ event".

"Sir Richard wants everyone to let their hair down and have a good time. He has invited guests to stay for a decadent party.”

If 1D do take Sir Richard up on his offer, it won't be the first time Harry Styles has partied on the paradise isle. Back in January the 19-year-old headed to Necker after a disastrous New Years holiday with then girlfriend Taylor Swift ended in a break up.

After ringing in New Years Eve with Taylor in Times Square, New York, the pop couple headed to the Caribbean, but it all reportedly ended in an almighty row, leaving Taylor to fly home early and Harry moving to Necker to continue partying.

The heart-throb was then reportedly comforted by bikini-clad Bravo TV host Hermione Way during a hot tub party and sources say that the 1D star "couldn't keep his eyes off" the presenter's curves. One told The Sun at the time: “Harry was fuming as the row with Taylor got really bitter and a lot of things were said that they both didn’t mean."

“But by the time he arrived at Sir Richard’s place and saw the luxury and women holidaying there, he soon calmed down." Adding, “Not only that — by the time he jumped in the island’s hot tub and splashed around with Hermione he was back on form."

Sounds like Necker will bring back some happy memories for Harry!
