Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could settle their divorce battle tomorrow in court, according to a new report, with both stars reportedly ordered to appear at a settlement conference tomorrow.

According to TMZ, despite a divorce court trial penciled in for May 6, the couple could settle their differences as early as tomorrow, ending their 18 battle. Humphries insistence that he is granted an annulment based on Kim entering the marriage for fraudulent reasons has been the main barrier from the couple settling things previously, but the website claims as the court battle draws closer he may be willing to settle, insiders reportedly revealed.

"Kris is opening his eyes a little bit," the close source said, "and what he sees doesn't look good."

They claim due to the ironclad prenup, if the couple do take their divorce to trial, the NBA star will receive no money from his estranged wife, who he was married to for just 72 days.

It seems the basketball star has come around to the idea of settling after his hopes of beating his estranged wife slip away. The insider claims Humphries is more willing to settle now, because despite hours of deposition hearings and legal documents, no solid evidence that Kim did defraud her husband, which he has argued since the split, have been presented, a source said.

Kris' absence in court last week has allegedly won him no favours from the judge. The 28 year-old skipped a mandatory appearances at a hearing ahead of their trial last Friday, meaning not only will incur monetary sanction from the court, but his no show has annoyed the judge who is set to preside over the actual trial, the source claimed.

These fines, as well as lawyers fees, which could amount to a million dollars, is said to be another factor in Kris coming round to the idea of settling with Kim, who is eager to divorce as soon as possible, especially with her baby on the way.

According to insiders each side has already spent $300,000 on legal fees, with the trial racking up another $200,000 and with claims Kim will ask the judge that her former husband foots her legal bills, the star is said to be eager to avoid a huge bill.

While it's unsure if a resolution will be found tomorrow, a source insisted the athlete is more open than he has been through the whole process to settle.

Let's hope they can finally agree on one thing - neither of them wants to be married!
