Prince Harry Is 'Smitten With Cressida Bonas But Will Not Be Attending Richard Branson's Son's Wedding'

Reports recently suggested that Prince Harry was going to be introduced to new girlfriend Cressida Bonas' parents at the wedding of Sir Richard Branson's son. However, sources now say that although the Prince is 'smitten' with his Cressida, he will NOT be accompanying her to the wedding.

Harry was apparently set to attend the lavish ceremony at Richard Branson's private game reserve near Kruger National Park, where the tycoon's son Sam will marry Cressida's half-sister Isbaella Calthorpe. However, 'informed sources' now say that the red-headed Royal will not be at next week's wedding.

Harry, 28, was photographed kissing the 24-year-old dance student last week at the Swiss ski resort of Verbier, where they spent a few days with a group including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, and their parents Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York.

“Everyone seems very sure that Prince Harry is accompanying Cressida to Sam Branson’s wedding,” a source told the Standard.

“I am told Harry is not going at all. He is there on a charity mission. His relationship is going well, but after the skiing pictures I think some in the media are getting a bit ahead of themselves. They are young and having fun together. Of course, the prince is keen to protect her from over-exposure, from intrusion into her privacy.”

Harry and Miss Bonas reportedly met at a music festival last summer and a close friend of the couple said that they were smitten.

One friend said: “Cressie’s a lovely girl. Harry and her are really enjoying being together. It is a real romance.”

Another added: “Harry and Cressie are at the exciting stage of a relationship where they just want to spend as much time together as possible.”

Radar Online also claimed that Royal insiders have said that Cressida may be 'the one.' “Harry is very close to Cressida, in fact she was one of the first people he wanted to see when he came back from Afghanistan,” a royal insider tells the site.

“He missed her when he was overseas and started thinking she was someone he could settle down with."

They continued, “Cressida really stood by him when he was at the center of a media storm following his naked antics in Vegas last August."

“Not only was Harry eternally grateful for her support, it made him realise that he really has strong feelings for her."

“He may well have found his princess,” the insider reveals.
