Tom Cruise won't press charges against trespasser

Tom Cruise has chosen not to press charges against the Australian man found trespassing on his estate on Sunday night.

Model and reality TV star Jason Sullivan stumbled onto Cruise's Los Angeles property, mistaking it for that of Hollywood agent Kevin Huvane, where he has been staying.

Sullivan, who was tasered by a member of Cruise's security team, insisted it was a drunken mistake, but he was arrested, cited for misdemeanour trespassing and released.

But it seems Cruise isn't planning to make his unwelcome guest pay for his boozy mistake - the movie star's lawyer Bert Fields tells TMZ.com, "Tom's not a vindictive guy. The guy was drunk. He didn't have a malicious intent."
