Niall Horan Praises His Bandmate Harry Styles' Hollywood Big Break

OT4 One Direction have been rising this last week thanks to Niall Horan drawing attention to himself by hosting a brilliant charity golf match to benefit Cancer Research UK Kids.

As a result, the Irish star had a good old chat in some new interviews and has spoken out to praise his bandmate Harry Styles’ big break into Hollywood.

In case you missed it, Harry is currently filming his role in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming war film ‘Dunkirk’.

Speaking about his pal, Niall admitted that Harry is a “good actor”, adding: “I’ll tell you what, if Christopher Nolan takes you on you must be a good actor. I’m looking forward to seeing it, it’s going to be an unbelievable movie but when one of your mates is in it then it’s going to be even better.

"I think he is going to do well. I actually met this guy on the Tube the other day who’s doing special effects on the movie and he told me that, yeah, apparently Harry is a good actor.”

Eh? What are the chances that Niall bumps into somebody working with Harry on the tube and we have never once bumped into either of them?

Niall went on to give his opinion on Harry cutting his trademark long locks for the film role, admitting that the star would have been gutted to get the chop.

He told The Sun: “I’d imagine he was pretty nervous. He spent about two years growing that so I wouldn’t say he was too happy about it but it is what it is, he’s in a movie now.”

Swings and roundabouts, right?

Meanwhile, Niall’s other bandmate Louis Tomlinson took to social media to troll the singer about their upcoming Soccer Aid match - with the two boys playing on opposing teams.

With the charity match this Sunday, sassy Louis couldn’t resist sharing an unflattering image of his pal alongside the caption: “Giving it the big talk for soccer aid but this man doesn’t look very confident does he Niall … P.s really sorry couldn’t resist when I saw the photo”.

Serious fighting talk if ever we heard it, bring on Sunday!
