Say hello (or goodbye) to the Herculean, London's largest truffle burger.

Available now at Florentine, the 2kg monster, sourced from the annals of Hades itself (well, maybe), can feed up to six people and will set you back a gut wrenching £55.

Why's it so expensive? Well, it contain's Italy's hottest and poshest foodie export, truffle.

Wedged in between two fluffy brioche buns (so on trend), the mighty thing is made from a kilo of locally sourced beef, 20 slices of bacon, six portobello mushrooms and exactly 200g of Montgomery cheese. Oh, and it's doused in truffle mayonnaise and lashings of freshly grated black truffle.

You'll also get a side of homemade chips, dips and sweet potato fries – because the burger obviously isn't already enough.

Cue the burger sweats.

The Herculean burger is available now at Florentine, 6 Hercules Rd, Lambeth, SE1 7DU
