Realtors arguing over office drama and million dollar listings? Sign us up. And no one does it better than Netflix, with their extensive collection of shows such as Selling Sunset, Selling The OC, and Buying London, and now they're adding one more to their list - Owning Manhattan.
Headed up by real estate broker Ryan Serhant, Owning Manhattan, will see Ryan and his team of power hungry agents try and sell million dollar real estate in Manhattan, including what is said to be the most expensive apartment in the world. No pressure.
For the majority of Ryan's team this is their first time on TV, but this is definitely not Ryan's first reality TV rodeo. In fact the broker has been on reality TV since the early 2010s.

Who is Ryan Serhant?
Ryan Serhant, 39, is a real estate broker who began his reality TV career when he appeared on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing New York in 2012.
He stayed on the show, which sees real estate agents sell property in New York, for the full nine seasons before the show ended in 2021.
Ryan has since gone onto appear in a number of other reality TV shows, and published his first book Sell It Like Serhant: How to Sell More, Earn More, and Become the Ultimate Sales Machine in 2018 which became a New York Times best-seller.
What other reality TV shows has Ryan Serhant been on?
As well as appearing on Million Dollar Listing New York, Ryan has also appeared in an episode of the Los Angeles version of the series, appeared on Watch What Happens Live numerous times and had cameo appearances on Inside Amy Schumer and And Just Like That.
In 2018 Ryan has also had his own reality show Sell It Like Serhant where he coached people who were struggling in their sales careers and gave them advice on how to improve their sales technique.
What is Serhant?
At the end of 2020 Ryan announced he was setting up his own real estate brokerage called Serhant (wonder where he got the name inspo?!).
Serhant sells properties across New York, Connecticut, Florida, Carolina and Pennsylvania, and of course the majority of the properties are in the millions.
Serhant serves as the agency in Owning Manhattan, where we'll see Ryan and his agents interact and try to sell properties, all with a good dose of drama hopefully too.
Who is Ryan Serhant's wife?
Ryan is married to maritime attorney Emilia Bechrakis, after tying the knot in 2016. The couple have one daughter together called Zena who was born in 2019.
