Paris Jackson Reaches Out To Estranged Mother Debbie Rowe Following Cancer Diagnosis

It has been reported that eighteen-year-old Paris Jackson has reached out to her mother Debbie Rowe over a year after she cut off all contact.

Paris had apparently learned that her mum has been diagnosed with breast cancer and is keen to rebuild bridges.

According to TMZ, Paris texted her mother to tell her that she loved her and the pair are planning on meeting up after Debbie has surgery in the upcoming weeks.

The teen was raised by her superstar father Michael Jackson, alongside her brothers Prince, 19, and Blanket, 14, until he sadly passed away in June 2009, with the trio then being placed under the guardianship of Michael’s mum Katherine.

However, Paris started to grow incredibly close to Debbie after her dad’s death and it ended up causing friction with the Jackson family.

Following an alleged suicide attempt in 2013 Paris and her mum drifted apart with Debbie blaming Michael’s family for driving a wedge between them, but hopefully she and Paris will be able to mend their relationship now.

Debbie’s sad cancer diagnosis comes shortly after Paris spoke of how her tattoo tributes to her late father helped to heal her as she admitted to using the ink to cover up self-harm scars.

Paris has Michael’s ‘Dangerous’ album cover inked onto her body as well as the words 'Queen of My Heart’ in her father’s handwriting.
