But James reportedly reacted angrily after a judge ordered him to leave the £75million Ecclestone owned family home he shares with wife Petra and “barged into” her 83-year-old father Bernie Ecclestone, calling him “a c**t”.

The judge did not appear to hear Mr Stunt’s comment, said “Please don’t do that sort of thing in court” according to The Sun newspaper.

Petra, 28, and the playboy, 35, have enlisted high-profile divorce lawyers to battle it out over a £5.5billion fortune, including a £158million LA mansion and a £100million home in Chelsea, West London.

The couple spent £12million on their wedding in an Italian castle back in 2011.

James signed a prenuptial agreement worth £16million and according to legend he made his fortune on a single bet and capitalised on it by investing in shipping and the gaming industry.

The pair met in court yesterday after they split “a few months ago” and James was faced with allegations that he had been abusive toward Petra and had taken overdoses.

Following the hearing, he marched out of the courtroom and stuck his middle finger up at photographers.

He has been ordered to immediately leave their £75million marital home.

Bernie Ecclestone is supporting his daughter and told MailOnline his ‘erratic’ son-in-law has until the end of today to move out so Petra and their three children can move back in.

“She left there a few months ago when she couldn’t take any more. He is refusing to leave. The judge told him to leave by Friday. I am sure he will because, if not, it is an order of the court and the police will make sure he goes,” he said.
