Plan to knock down garage to make way for bungalow extension

The owners of a bungalow want to knock down a garage to make way for an extension.

Plans to replace the garage on the side of 80 Crown Street with a single-storey side extension have been submitted to Worcester City Council.

Planning documents show the extension would allow for the creation of an en-suite bathroom and dressing room off the bungalow’s main bedroom, as well as a larger living room.

The application form states that sufficient parking already exists in the form of a driveway at the front and side of the property.
