Police appeal after woman injured in crash outside Stapleford Aldi

A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash in a Nottinghamshire town. The collision occurred outside the Aldi supermarket on Nottingham Road, Stapleford, shortly before 5.20pm on Monday, June 24.

The woman, aged in her thirties, is being treated for multiple injuries, but her condition is not believed to be life-threatening. The investigation continues as officers have spoken to the driver of the car involved in the crash.

Sergeant Craig Luckett, of Nottinghamshire Police ’s Roads Policing Unit, said: "The victim in this incident has suffered significant injuries and we are working hard to understand exactly what happened. We have spoken to several drivers at the scene but would also like to hear from any additional witnesses who have yet to come forward."
