Police Arrest Students From Emerson College Pro-Palestine Encampment

At least 100 pro-Palestinian protesters at Emerson College were arrested after setting up an encampment on the school’s campus in Boston, Massachusetts, early on Thursday, April 25, local media reported.

Footage from the scene posted by Aedan Kiniry shows police officers pulling protesters away from the scene as people shout “Ceasefire now” and “Shame on you.”

Democratic Socialists of America Working Mass said the protest was dismantled by 3:30 am. They told Storyful one of their journalists was arrested.

The encampment had been standing since Sunday.

Local media said 108 protesters were arrested, citing Boston Police Department spokesman Sgt John Boyle
