Police called to reports of men with knife in Cambs town

Police officers were called to reports that a group of men were seen with a knife in High Street, March, over the weekend. The alleged incident took place before midnight on Sunday (June 23) and police are carrying out enquiries.

A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said: "We were called just before midnight on Sunday (23 June) with reports of a group of men with a knife in High Street, March.

"Officers attended and conducted an area search, but when they arrived the informant and suspects had left. A crime has been raised and enquiries are ongoing."
