Police 'extremely concerned' for safety of missing Girvan man
Police have launched a search to trace a man missing from his home in Girvan.
Ross Noble, 31, was last seen around 6pm last night (Thursday) in the Kelloholm area of Dumfries and Galloway.
He is described as white, around 5ft 8ins in height and of slim build with black hair. When he was last seen he was wearing a grey t-shirt with grey jogging trousers and black trainers. He may also be wearing a red and black rain jacket.
Sergeant Lindsey Tait from Lockerbie Police Station said: “It is completely out of character for Ross not to keep in contact with his family and friends and we are extremely concerned for his safety and wellbeing.
“Searches and enquiries are ongoing to trace Ross as soon as possible to ensure that he is safe and well. I would urge anyone who has seen Ross or who has any information on his whereabouts to contact us through 101 quoting reference number 3485 of 15 May.”
