Post-Tropical Cyclone Ian's Powerful Waves Hit North Myrtle Beach

Post-Tropical Cyclone Ian continued to weaken as it passed through southern Virginia on Saturday, October 1, according to the National Hurricane Center (NHC).

The storm made landfall as a hurricane near Georgetown in South Carolina on Friday. Video posted by Steve Pycha, which he said was taken on Friday, shows waves crashing in North Myrtle Beach.
