Powerful Storms Hammer West Virginia Capitol

Damage to buildings was reported after a tornado-warned storm passed through Charleston, West Virginia, on Tuesday, April 2.

Footage taken by Eric Pack shows heavy rain and gusty winds hitting the city.

The National Weather Service warned that an additional round of severe weather would affect the region later in the day.
