Prince William Was Spotted Eyeing Up A KFC And We Totally Get It

Just because you’re the future king of England doesn’t mean you don’t crave the simpler things in life sometimes. Maybe beluga caviar and lobster thermidor just aren’t hitting the spot for Prince William anymore, and he fancies something different for lunch.

Perhaps… a KFC would fill a hole, your highness?

Prince William has been spotted looking lovingly at a KFC, and tbh, we totally get it. A quick bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken eaten in your pants in the palace does sound like a good shout. Or maybe a Double Down between charity events would work for Wills?

We’re guessing you’ll want a backstory as to why this is happening (or maybe you’re just happy looking at photos of Wills drooling over a Zinger Tower burger with no context whatsoever). Well, Prince William and Kate Middleton were down in Waterloo admiring one of a number of billboards showcasing her Hold Still photography project, which features photos of families during Lockdown. All of a sudden Wills spotted a branch of KFC and couldn’t help but have any adoring glance at some fried chicken.

As you can imagine, the guys at KFC were all over it on Twitter; sharing a photo of the 38-year-old with the caption: “William whispered quietly to himself; 'Oh, I just can't wait to be wing’”. A follow-up tweet read: “I'm sad I didn't call him His Royal Thighness in the main tweet tbh.”

So ,what do you think a future king of England would order? I mean, there’d definitely be a pot of gravy added last minute, right? He looks the sort…
