Rebekah Vardy shares delight over Meghan Markle playing her in husband Jamie's movie

It has been widely reported that Prince Harry's girlfriend Meghan Markle is favourite to play Rebekah Vardy in an upcoming rags to riches movie about the life of football star Jamie. Appearing on Monday's Good Morning Britain, the mother-of-four shared her delight over the surprising possibility.

"That'd be great, wouldn't it," the 34-year-old mused when quizzed by host Piers Morgan. England striker Jamie, 29, confessed he initially didn't believe the biopic claims until he was approached by the film's producers. "At first I didn't think it was happening," he admitted. "But then I met the producers and they were 100 per cent [sure] they wanted to do it."

The married couple - who already have two-year-old daughter Sofia together - are expecting their second child. Rebekah recently revealed she is planning to take placenta capsules in order to help her recover after giving birth. "I'm having my placenta turned into pills! It sounds gross but there are so many benefits and they help heal everything quicker, especially after a C-section," she told The Sun. "I told Jamie I'd cook him some of my placenta but he wasn't impressed!"

The expectant mother - who also has six-year-old son Taylor, and daughter Megan, 11, from a previous relationship - went on to confess she's not yet sure how her fourth child will be delivered. "I still don't know if I'll need a C-section yet," she explained. "If my baby stays breech then I'll have to - a nightmare for recovering with no nanny, four kids and Jamie at training."

Rebekah and Jamie - who also has a daughter, Ella, six, from a previous relationship - announced their exciting baby news in July. The couple tied the knot during a star-studded ceremony at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire in May.
