Rochelle Humes has given fans a fresh glimpse into her morning routine as she and her husband Marvin get used to their new juggle as working parents. The This Morning star is often sharing glimpses into both her private and work life on social media and was recently seen supporting her JLS star other half as he started a new job.

Marvin, 39, revealed earlier this month that he was joining the team over at KISS FM, over a year after he quit his own Late Show across the Capital FM network after several years. On Monday (April 22), he became the new host of mid-mornings on KISS. He will be heard from now on from 11am to 1pm each weekday, kicking things off with an hour of old skool anthems with KISSTORY on KISS.

KISS has since shared a video on Instagram which showed Marvin being played a message while on air from Rochelle after she was the first to champion her husband's big move and the role she and her agency, The RH Group, played in making it happen.

"Hi," it started with Rochelle joined by the couple's three young children - Alaia-Mai, Valentina and Blake. "We just want to wish you all the luck in the world for your first week at KISS. This is so brilliant. We are so excited for you and selfishly, I can't wait to listen to you on the radio and you play bangers that I absolutely love!

"So enjoy it, we will be listening. Have a good day, Dad. Say good luck Dad," she added as she encouraged the kids to say it, which they sweetly did one at a time.

In response, Marvin said: "Producer Jonty, what are you trying to do to me, man!? Ahh love that! Thank you Roch and to my little ones. Ah, it's emotional."

After also showing her support for her husband of almost 12 years by letting him know she was listening while running errands earlier in the week, on Wednesday (April 24), Rochelle shared how she was spending some time for herself before getting straight back into mum and business mode.

She started by sharing a quote with her fans and followers which spoke about different things that can take up to thirty minutes of our time but which make a difference to our mood and well-being in the long run, including going to the gym

Rochelle then shared how she was having a moment on her Pilates mat as a known lover of the workout that's said to improve strength, flexibility and balance. The mum-of-three said: "Not always the easiest thing to 'choose' to get up and do but I do choose to feel good which I know I will as soon as I've got it done..."

It comes after Rochelle was left giggling at her actions as she admitted to 'changing the narrative' when being quizzed by her daughter on the school run. Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday morning (April 19), the former The Saturdays singer shared a picture of her holding her middle child Valentina's hand.

Alongside the post to her 2.2 million followers, the former The Saturdays star said: "Nothing in life is for certain other than the fact I'll always be one of the last mums at the gate..." She then followed up the post with an adorable snap of Valentina smiling at her as they pounded the pavements into the school.

Rochelle said: "Valle: Mummy why do we always walk so fast on the way in to school? Me: It's called power walking, darling. it's SO good for us..." She then added: "As parents, we can always change the narrative..."
