Rochelle Humes told 'I'm actually jealous' as she's flooded with praise amid 'memorable' trip

Rochelle Humes left some of her fans and followers 'jealous' - but only in a good way - as she gave them a glimpse inside her latest trip in which she pulled off a tear-jerking surprise on one of her long-time friends.

The This Morning star revealed she'd made a whistlestop trip to Paris to celebrate her friend who is preparing to welcome a new baby boy into the world. Rochelle explained that her friend, Gemma had moved to the French capital and after hinting at a difficult journey, she wanted to help in caring for her ahead of her son's arrival.

Sharing a video of herself and another friend surprising Gemma before sharing a look at all the relaxing activities they did and food they got to eat during the mini break, Rochelle, 35, said: "A trip for the memory bank…"

She the continued to explain in view of her 2.3 million followers: "One of my oldest friends @travellingwithgem moved to Paris and so much has happened since…after a long and bumpy journey she fell pregnant with another special boy. It’s not been the easiest ride especially being so far from home and we wanted to show her all the love she deserves.

"So @seen__by_lc and I packed our bags to surprise her (we got her REAL good) in Paris for a sleepover and celebrated her for a whole 24 hours!" She added: "I’m SO lucky to have such an incredible, pure and loyal friend…heart is very full."

Rochelle's husband Marvin was among the first to respond to the post and referencing Gemma holding onto her blossoming bump as she was overcome with emotion at seeing her friends in Paris, he said: "Ah so lovely..you surprised Gemma so much it hurt her belly," adding a crying laughing emoji and a red love heart.

And Rochelle's friends, fans and followers were also quick to respond to the post. This Morning's Dr Zoe Williams said: "I’m not crying." Sarah Merrygold, the wife of Marvin's JLS bandmate Aston, replied: "Oh this is so so special."
