Russia should face more sanctions if it stokes Ukraine further - Labour's Miliband

LONDON (Reuters) - The West should step up sanctions on Russia if the Kremlin shows further aggression in Ukraine, British opposition Labour leader Ed Miliband said on Friday. Miliband, whose Labour Party is neck and neck with Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservatives ahead of the May 7 election, said the European Union had been too slow to impose sanctions on Russia.
