Ruth Langsford has opened up about her sex life with hubby Eamonn Holmes, and to be honest, we wouldn’t have minded going our entire lives without knowing this information.

Ruth has admitted that she and Eamonn, who present This Morning together every Friday, have a very “active” sex life, and even admitted that Friday nights are the nights that they are most likely to get it on.

It all started when Ruth appeared on Loose Women yesterday for a discussion about men’s dancing.

Jane Moore quipped that you can tell a lot about what a man is like in the bedroom by his dance moves, only for Ruth to reply: “Well, if that is the rule my husband is a steam train.

“As soon as music starts he just goes like a steam train. My husband can be seen to be doing it most Fridays.”

Later in the discussion, Ruth encouraged women to sexually experiment alone so that they can tell their partners what they like in the bedroom.

She explained: “You don’t have to have a man to do that for you. I am making a serious point that if you don’t know what an orgasm feels like how can you expect someone else to provide it for you.

“You need to know what you are going for and how to get there.”

Ruth and Eamonn have been married since 2010 and have a 14-year-old son, Jack, together.
