Loose Women's Ruth Langsford has unveiled her glamorous transformation following the announcement of her divorce from Eamonn Holmes.

The 64 year old is currently navigating a split from the GB News host, who she was with for 27 years, as fans had been speculating about their relationship when the couple hadn't been seen together for several months.

It has now been confirmed that Eamonn has moved out of the family home amid reports of heated disputes between the pair.

Furthermore, Eamonn's ill health has reportedly been a "testing" time for Ruth and their family.

However, Ruth demonstrated to her followers that she's coping well by sharing her recent trip to the hairdresser on Instagram Stories, where she showcased her new brighter blonde hairstyle, the Mirror reports.

She tagged her London-based hair colourist, Josh Wood, in a photo of herself with her hair in foils, followed by an image of the final result - a lighter blonde shade, complemented by oversized sunglasses.

As she deals with the aftermath of her divorce news, Ruth spent a wholesome day with her mother on Sunday June 2.

She shared moments from the day she spent with her mum, Joan, which included enjoying music, dancing, sherry, and a crossword puzzle in the garden under the sun.

Ruth Langsford's weekend respite came amidst the unfolding drama with Eamonn Holmes, as she reportedly felt "angry" upon discovering that her former partner had been spending increased time with a blonde woman in her 40s.

A source disclosed to The Sun on Sunday: "Ruth was obviously aware that her marriage was crumbling, but as details emerge, her upset has turned to anger. Eamonn's friend is bowled over by being lavished with attention and kindness from him."

The woman in question, who Eamonn has been seen with, is understood to be a relationship counsellor focusing on "separation and divorce". Reportedly, their friendship has grown over the past year after initially connecting on Twitter.

The insider revealed: "She works for a charity Eamonn is involved with from time to time."

Allegedly, Ruth was in the dark about this budding companionship, and despite the abrupt end to their marriage, Eamonn has apparently been going on outings with the woman.

Their excursions include visits to a safari park, Center Parcs, a Beyonce concert, and a Manchester United game at Old Trafford.
