From a new wine bar and shop to a major road closure - here are five public notices to be aware of.

1) Which Wine When? Premises license application

Bert Blaize, a sommelier with a Michelin-starred background, has applied for a premises license for a new wine shop and bar.

The new shop is hoping to open in the Chandlery building on Wells-next-the-Sea Quay.

The shop will be home to a selection of curated specialist wine with regional produce such as Flint which is based near Bungay.

2) A10 closed for three nights in Southery

Work will begin on Tuesday, May 7 and will see a significant part of the Ferry Bank junction closed overnight on the A10 Southery Bypass.

The work will take place around the Lynn Road junction to completely remove and replace a section of damaged and worn-out road surface.

The road will be closed between 7pm and 6am with traffic lights used during the day.

3) Claims to the estate of Winifred Mary Prior

Anyone having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Winifred Mary Prior of 113 Yarmouth Road, Blofield, Norwich, NR13 4LQ, who died on 13th March 2023, is asked to send a written notice to the solicitors.

After this date, the estate will be distributed as per the notices received.

4) Roadworks in Dunnetts Close

Essential footpath resurfacing will begin on Tuesday, May 7 to resurface the entire path on Dunnetts Close in Ashill.

The work will replace the damaged and worn-out surface with new edging and new kerbing.

The works are to start in front of number 13 and include the entire cul-de-sac finishing outside number 65.

Access to properties will be maintained, however, there will be times when vehicle access to properties is restricted as work takes place in front of driveways.

5) Goods Vehicle Operators License

RJA Haulage Ltd is applying to add an operating centre to keep 10 goods vehicles and 14 trailers at Banham Poultry, Bunns Bank Road, Attleborough, Norfolk, NR17 1QB.
