Thomas Middleditch of ‘Silicon Valley’ Has an Emmy Hair Fail

We always look forward to seeing stars get ready for awards shows, and they usually don’t disappoint. Silicon Valley’s Thomas Middleditch is an interesting exception for the 2016 Emmy Awards. He posted a pic of himself at “Salon Chez Middleditch. Primp and preen on full blast.”

On E!’s red carpet show, co-host Jason Kennedy made a point of showing the pic to everyone.

“It’s a new thing,” said Middleditch, who’s nominated for best actor in a comedy. “I’m trying to look dapper. I’m trying to look like a gentleman. I think it’s working really well.”

The unfortunate thing is, he looks like a Silicon Valley nerd trying to look dapper. His curls, which actually look really good when left natural, are only partly tamed. Somehow, the product he applied to keep them plastered to his head looks more like glue than hair gel. Get back to those ungentlemanly curls soon, please!
