At the same time, the nation doesn’t want to play only a passive role but rather wants to be a co-creator of policy at these institutions, President Peter Pellegrini told reporters in Prague on Wednesday.
The visit to Prague is his first since taking office earlier this month. He and his Czech counterpart Petr Pavel tried to soften the rift between the two countries after Czechs broke off some consultations following statements by their former federation partner’s leaders over military aid to Ukraine.
