The Tartan Army are already making their voices heard in Germany as Scotland prepare to open the Euros 2024 in Munich against the hosts.

Thousands more are expected to make their way through airports across the country in an effort to cheer Steve Clarke's side on and our roving video reporter Angus Hyde visited Glasgow Airport today to take in the excitement.

We managed to speak to one family making their way to Munich - but little did we know that they were in fact John McGinn's aunt, uncle and cousins heading out to support the midfielder.

Brothers Jaimie McFarlane, 7 and Sam McFarlane, 10, were preparing to board their flight with mum Julie and Dad Andy - and when we asked them to name their favourites from the Scotland team, they picked super John McGinn.

The young pair were very confident of Scotland's chances, predicting a 2-1 win for the away team.

When asked which players would make a difference during the competition, the young brothers and their dad were quick to say McGinn - an answer we're sure their famous cousin would be delighted with.

Jaimie and Sam then played a game of who they preferred from the Scotland squad, with the Aston Villa star beating the likes of Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe and Jamal Musiala to top spot.

Scotland will hope to kick start their campaign with a positive result as they take on Germany at the Allianz Arena tomorrow (June 14) at 8pm.
