"I'm just trying to soak it all in because Rose being so little, this was her a year ago. She's a constant reminder of how quick things go and how quickly things change. So I am just trying to soak in every second."
The Sort Your Life Out presenter also revealed she was breastfeeding the new baby through the night, saying: "Icy water and chocolate are getting me through,"
Solomon welcomed daughter Rose, her third child and second with Swash, 41, in October 2021.
The reality TV star's children all share her blonde hair and so she admitted she was surprised when the new baby arrived with a full head of thick dark hair.
She said: "Loads of you have been making me laugh you're like where did that hair come from? We don't know! I literally pulled her out and I'm like 'Joe, she's got hair!' She's nearly got more hair than Rose and it's really dark. She's just amazing."
Newborn babies are born with varying amounts of hair which most tend to lose over the first three to six months before they grow new hair.
Later she shared a video of three-year-old son Rex looking at his new baby sister as she lay in her crib.
Solomon said: "Rex is in love, he loves to stare at her and touch her nose. Rose is obsessed too. I can't describe this feeling, our hearts are so full."
Announcing the birth in an Instagram post of the new baby she had said: "She’s Here. Our beautiful, daughter born at home with all of your brothers and sister ready to snuggle you forever and ever. You literally flew into our world. And none of us can quite believe your thick dark head of hair that we just can’t get over. We can’t believe your here."
Solomon and Swash are co-parents to Swash's son Harry, 15, Solomon's sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from two previous relationships, as well as three-year-old son Rex and one-year-old daughter Rosie.
The couple first met Solomon in 2010 when she won ITV jungle reality show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! which the soap star had won in 2008.
But it was in 2016 when they worked together on spin-off show I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! NOW! that they entered into a romantic relationship.
