Stacey Solomon has reportedly been dropped from I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here sister show Extra Camp.

The presenter hosted the programme alongside partner Joe Swash during the 2016 series of the reality show.

But this year show bosses are said to be overhauling the format bringing in last year’s Queen of the Jungle Scarlett Moffatt to front the show instead.

The changes have also seen previous presenters Vicky Pattinson and Chris Ramsey get the axe.

A source told The Sun: “Stacey and Joe are lovely people and great presenters, and everyone involved was really happy with what they did.

“But the thinking this time around is to have a complete revamp in the format and Stacey unfortunately don’t quite fit into that.”

While Solomon’s time on the programme appears to definitely be over, the source suggested that producers were undecided as to whether Swash should stay.

“Joe may still have a role but that hasn’t been decided, but everyone involved will miss working with Stacey, and Joe if he leaves, because they’re great fun,” the source said.

For a while it looked as if Ant McPartlin, who fronts the main show alongside Declan Donnelly, might be missing the upcoming series due to his stint in rehab.

However, ITV boss Kevin Lygo dismissed suggestions that he would be replaced.

Speaking at the Edinburgh Television Festival last month he said: “How very dare you?! Ant is doing really well and we’re expecting him to return to I’m A Celebrity, so we won’t be resting it,” he told press.

I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV later this year.
