The TV presenter shared a photo of her 'camera-shy' fitness trainer sister who is helping her work out.
Stacey Solomon has shared a rare photo of her sister who she joked she loves and hates for helping her get in shape.
The TV presenter shared a selfie on social media with her 'camera-shy' fitness trainer step-sister Samantha Stone who "drags" her to the gym every Sunday.
Solomon, 33, revealed: "Nearly three months ago I decided to dust the cobwebs off of Joes gym stuff in the shed and give it a go & I'm so proud I haven't given up. Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on a Sunday @samantha.stone1"

She joked: " I love you as much as I hate you at this point Sam."
The Loose Women star and husband Joe Swash welcomed new daughter Belle in February, just 16 months after the birth of their second child together, daughter Rose.
Her step-sister Stone is married to Aaron Stone, who is a TV producer for Gogglebox.
Solomon previously revealed: "I promised I'd introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone did not love this! She's the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera shy person I know.
"Loads of you were like, 'I did not know you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?' She's actually my step-sister but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she's my sister."
The Sort Your Life Out presenter has two sisters and four brothers.
She said: "All together there's like seven of us. We were a really big blended family. So I've got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister and then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I've got another half-brother.
"I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them 'steps' just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters."
Solomon has five children.
She was single mother to sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, both from separate relationships.
She and husband Swash share four-year-old son Rex, 22-month-old Rose and six-month-old daughter Belle.
Solomon is also step-mother to Swash's 15-year-old son Harry.

In Swash's recent BBC documentary Teens In Care the couple also discussed the prospect of fostering more children.
