Stewarton Academy partially closed after 'operational issues' discovered
Stewarton Academy is partially closed to S1 to S3 pupils today due to operational issues with the school's fire alarm panel.

"SQA exams will go ahead as planned. Pupils sitting SQA exams today should attend as normal.
"Should you have any issues with your child leaving the school a this time, please contact the school immediately on 01560 482 342.
"Any pupils not able to be collected or return home themselves, will be supervised by staff until they are able to be collected/arrangements put in place for them to return home."
An update will be provided to parents and carers later today on the school's app in relation to plans for tomorrow.
