Two stolen caravans and a ride-on lawn mower were seized from a Cambridgeshire property on Tuesday (April 23). The stolen goods were seized and recovered by Cambridgeshire Police's Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT) from a property near Ramsey.

A 33-year-old man from Chatteris was arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods. The caravans were returned to their owners.

A spokesperson for RCAT said: "We're a bit like Robin Hood – take from the rich & give to the poor. Instead we take from thieves and give back to victims.

"Today with help from Fenland Police we seized & recovered these two caravans, trailer and ride on lawn mower, and arrested a 33 year old male from Chatteris on suspicion of handling stolen goods."

They added that the caravan owners were "very happy".
