Storm Clouds Loom Over Capital of Baja California Sur as Hurricane Olaf Nears

Hurricane Olaf’s eyewall neared the southern coast of Baja California Sur on Thursday, September 9, prompting a warning that extended north into Cabo San Lazaro, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said.

This footage filmed by La Paz resident Cesar Soto shows ominous clouds looming over a local intersection ahead of the hurricane conditions that were forecast to arrive in the region by Thursday evening.
