Yahoo News Strictly's Joe Sugg reveals why he didn't attend the NTAs
Strictly Come Dancing's Joe Sugg has revealed why he didn't attend the National Television Awards with his girlfriend Dianne Buswell.
The vlogger couldn't make it because he had already made plans with his best friends, writing on his Instagram Stories: "I'm not at the NTAs, I haven't seen these losers for months! And I actually miss them.
"It's my one day off and we planned to have dinner together before I even knew what the NTAs were."

However, he did congratulate Dianne on Strictly Come Dancing's award when she got home, presenting her with a giant sparkler in an orange.
He wrote: "Congratulations! I didn't have a cake, so I got an… orange. I'm very proud of you, well done. Well done my love!"
Dianne and Joe confirmed their relationship last month, with Joe writing in an Instagram post that he'd "won something a million times more special" than the show's coveted Glitter Ball.
Elsewhere, Ant & Dec won at the National Television Awards for a historic 18th time as they claimed the TV Presenter award during, despite Ant McPartlin's hiatus from TV for most of 2018 following his drink-driving car crash and a stint in rehab.
