Susanna Reid admits it's 'no secret' she has a crush on Ben Shephard
Susanna Reid has admitted that she has a crush on her Good Morning Britain co-host Ben Shephard.
The broadcaster was sitting for a joint interview with Shephard for OK Magazine when she discussed her on-screen partner.
Reid said: “Nobody has to whisper about their crush on Ben like they have to whisper about their crush on Matt Hancock."
She then compared having a crush on Shephard to having one on Matt Hancock: “Apparently people do [fancy Hancock] but that’s for them."
Reid also praised Shephard for his energy on set: “Ben lifts my spirits. Whenever I’m weary he makes everything better.”

The two have worked together since the launch of Good Morning Britain in 2014 with Reid having previously fronted BBC Breakfast before joining ITV.
Reid recently joked that she was at risk of being replaced by I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here winner Jill Scott after the former England footballer appeared as a guest on the show.
Reid said: "Would you want to do a stint on Good Morning Britain? You know, I can’t deny that you’re looking very glam, I’m feeling a little bit at risk here."
But Scott said she currently had no plans to take over hosting the breakfast programme that has featured a number of guest hosts since Piers Morgan quit last year.
The likes of Rob Rinder, Richard Madeley, Martin Lewis and Adil Ray have all stepped in since Morgan departed from his slot as Shephard only hosts on Thursdays and Fridays.
Alongside Good Morning Britain, Shephard manages a host of other projects including daily quiz show Tipping Point, game show Ninja Warrior UK and his first book which was released in September.
