Suspected drug dealer named after police raid

A suspected drug dealer has been named after a raid.

Officers attended an address on Tuesday, June 11 where they arrested a man and seized cash and a watch. John Pritchard was later charged with drug supply offences.

The 45-year-old, of Blundellsands Road West, Blundellsands was charged with conspiracy to supply class A and class B drugs (cocaine and cannabis). Pritchard was remanded into custody and is set to appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday, June 12.

Merseyside Police said the charge forms part of the Merseyside Police response to Operation Venetic: an international investigation into the use of EncroChat encrypted mobile devices.
