Sweary CBB Contestant Megan McKenna Slammed As ‘Outrageous’ After Calling The Northern Irish ‘Disgusting Scum’

Celebrity Big Brother contestants don’t often merit being commented on by politicians.

Megan McKenna has managed to land herself at the centre of political storm after she called the people of Northern Ireland ‘scum’ in a naughty Twitter rant.

The CBB brunette, 23, was doing a personal appearance in Strabane, Northern Ireland, on Valentine’s Day in Ruby’s nightclub when she got upset at the Ulster population.

She vented on Twitter after her PA: ‘Worst f****** place I’ve been in my whole life. Can’t believe the scum that go to Ruby’s in Strabane. Absolutely disgusting people! Get me home.’

She didn’t stop there, adding: ‘F****** worst place I’ve been in my life. So unprofessional. Security and staff were vile! Got no respect for people! @RubysStrabane #scum.’

Member of Northern Ireland’s Social Democratic and Labour Party, Pat Ramsey, was one of the first to lay into Megan over her remarks.

He tweeted: ‘Megan, you should reflect on these comments which are outrageous, uncalled for, not acceptable and untrue.’

Megan deleted the offensive tweets, and replaced them with a message saying: ‘Love the people of Northern Ireland!!!! Just had a bad experience in one club in Strabane.’

But it was too little too late as scores of other locals had already seen her original messages and started to vent themselves.

One user wrote: ‘Hope you refused your £50 Z list appearance fee. You’ve used 14 minutes of the 15 minutes of fame.’

The club Ruby’s weren’t as negative, tweeting: ‘It’s not all bad folks! ;) Some great positive feedback about the venue, customers & staff from previous DJs & PAs x.’

Megan’s swearing has landed herself in trouble before.

She was ejected from the CBB house for getting drunk and aggressive, screeching about fellow housemate, ex-EastEnder John Partridge: “F*** off you little ****. He is a little f****** lying s***. I swear down I’ll go sick on that ****. You are a nasty piece of s***.”
