A teenage Taylor Swift fan was left 'incoherent and unable to walk' amid claims she was spiked at a Eras concert. Grace McAleavy, 18, was at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium on Friday, feeling totally fine before the '1989' set began, but soon after, she started to feel nauseous.

Her condition worsened rapidly and she began slurring her words and lost the ability to walk. Reflecting on the terrifying ordeal, Grace said: "I was presenting as someone who had way too much to drink - I was slurring my words. I couldn't understand what anyone was saying, even when they were trying to ask me really simple questions."

The situation escalated as she couldn't stop shaking and felt abnormally cold. Medical staff struggled with her pulse due to the coldness of her hands. Despite suggestions of a possible bug, Grace has been in good health since that night.

The after-effects were also significant. She added: "I felt hungover the next day and I slept for an unusually long amount of time - I felt out of my body and that I needed more sleep and I didn't want to do anything."

Attending the 'Shake it Off' singer's concert the previous Thursday as well, Grace is unsure how the alleged spiking occurred, speculating that something might have been slipped into her drink rather than an injection.

The teen expressed her concern about the drink she received at the venue, noting that the lid on her cup was larger than the straw, a detail that could potentially allow someone to tamper with the content. Grace, from Leigh in Greater Manchester, recounted: "My friend checked my body for things like small bruises but with my outfit and my tights, it was quite difficult to tell.

"I don't have anything that looks like I've been injected, I had a bruise on my leg but there was no hole in the middle. I think the drink would be a more likely option.

"The cups had a lid but the hole was bigger than the straw, which is something I noticed at the same. I thought it was really strange because normally if they give you a lid and a straw, then it fits perfectly. I can't imagine that someone would have injected me without leaving a mark, but you never meet."

Her experiences shared on TikTok have resonated with others who claim to have faced similar incidents. Grace added: "I've had people message me and commenting, giving me details of what experience they had.

"I've had comments from people saying they thought that something like this had happened to people who they went to the show with."

Now wary of attending concerts without her boyfriend, Grace, a 'Swiftie' for about five years, stated: "I do feel better now and I am lucky that it could have been a lot worse because people have been in a lot worse states compared to me.

"But I think things could have been different. I don't think I would go to a concert without my boyfriend present in the future."

Anfield Stadium has been approached for a comment.
