Tess Daly sends fans wild with addition to lounging pool snap amid 'Hollywood movie' remarks

Tess Daly was quickly flooded with messages from fans as she was joined by a very important guest in the pool as she enjoyed a brief break in the sunshine. The Strictly Come Dancing host took to social media with some snaps from a recent trip away.

Tess could be seen kicking back as she laid across a white inflatable pool lounger which matched her pure white one-shoulder swimsuit that showed off her enviable long legs. The 53-year-old had pulled her blonde locks up into a bun while she covered her eyes with a pair of oversized sunglasses

"Couple of days away and even brought the boys along," Tess captioned the carousel of photos and by “boys”, she was referring to her beloved dogs, one of which can be seen basking in the sun with her on top of the clear pool.

Tess could also be seen pulling herself away from the relaxing environment as she smiled while sitting outside a cafe, waiting for her lunch, which she also shared pictures of, before having a stroll around the undisclosed area.

And the broadcaster's fans and followers were quick to respond, with many wanting to know more about the location. @alisonbarnes171 said: "Love it. The swimming pool picture looks like something straight out of an old Hollywood movie!"

Meanwhile, Tess' post came as it was confirmed she will be back hosting Strictly when it returns to BBC One and iPlayer later this year. The broadcaster will be back alongside co-host Claudia Winkleman as the pair help celebrate Strictly's 20th birthday.

The judges' desks will once again be filled by Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel-Horwood and Anton Du Beke and the dancers they will be casting an eye over have also been revealed - but there celebrity partners are still under wraps for now.

The professional dancers who will be returning to Strictly 2024 alongside are Dianne Buswell, Nadiya Bychkova, Graziano Di Prima, Karen Hauer, Amy Dowden, Katya Jones, Neil Jones, Nikita Kuzmin, Gorka Marquez, Luba Mushtuk, Jowita Przystal, Johannes Radebe, Kai Widdrington, Nancy Xu, Carlos Gu, Lauren Oakley, Michelle Tsiakkas and Vito Coppola.
