After throwing out all of my underwear in a misplaced fit of rage (it was just stress) I decided to give in to the hype and shop for some SKIMS. While the word “panties” in any context generally gives me the ick, I’m willing to give Kimberly Noel Kardashian a pass on this one.

Since filling my underwear drawer with precisely 21 pairs from the SKIMS Panty Shop, Kim’s designs have become my true support system — especially the iconic Fits Everybody collection. The inclusive brand is famously known for carrying a wide range of sizes (XXS – 4X) and an array of nine different skin-toned colors (as well as limited-edition seasonal shades). It really wasn’t hard to find my Goldilocks fit.

TL;DR: SKIMS underwear is just the best, and I’ve made it my whole personality.

Fits Everybody Thong, $18 or 3 for $36

The Fits Everybody line of underwear is the simplest of underwear styles, but with a sexy upgrade. The thin but strong fabric is buttery-soft and can stretch to twice its size, molding flawlessly to your shape.

SKIMS isn’t lying for the sake of marketing: My weight fluctuates between two whole sizes every month while I’m PMSing, and the Fits Everybody underwear still feels the same on my body. It’s not too loose or too tight.

When it comes to shade-matching, I found it best to think of it as shopping for a foundation. Instead of just considering the general shade of your skin, take a look at your undertones. My perfect nude is Mica, a fair-to-light shade with a cool undertone that’s completely invisible, even under the sheerest of tight pants.

While I haven’t tried out the rest of the Fits Everybody underwear line, it’s definitely on my wishlist. Some styles I’m eyeing include the Fits Everybody Full Brief ($20 or 3 for $36), Fits Everybody High Waisted Thong ($20 or 3 for $36), Fits Everybody T String Thong ($16 or 3 for $36) and the Fits Everybody Boy Short ($22 or 3 for $36). Clearly, I’m obsessed.

Don’t think I just bought into the Fits Everybody line — remember that I had to build up a whole new underwear drawer. Some of the other underwear styles from SKIMS that have changed my daily life include standouts from the Cotton and Soft Lounge collections.

Comfortable and universally flattering, the Cheeky Tanga is my favorite underwear to sleep in.

Soft Lounge Boxer, $34

$34 at SKIMS

I don’t know how to explain the beauty of the Soft Lounge Boxer other than it’s just the best. Also, yes, it does fit flawlessly under most pants, skirts and dresses. Still, I would maybe pass on the super-tight skinny jeans.
