Thursday Ratings: Transplant Rises in Return to NBC

In the latest TV show ratings, ABC’s The Golden Bachelor and CBS’ Big Brother tied for the Thursday demo win, with the former also dominating the night in total audience.

ABC | The Golden Bachelor (with 3.8 million viewers and a 0.5 demo rating per finals, read recap) and Bachelor in Paradise (1.8 mil/0.3, read recrap) both dipped week-to-week.

CBS | Buddy Games (1.9 mil/0.3) and The Challenge USA (1.5 mil/0.2, read recap) were both steady, while Big Brother (2.7 mil/0.5, recap) dipped.

NBC | Following adjustment due to football preemptions in two markets, Transplant‘s Season 3 premiere did 2.2 mil and a 0.2, improving on its Season 2 averages on NBC (1.3 mil/0.1 in spring/summer 2022) and delivering its best Stateside audience since Season 1 (fall 2020). TVLine readers gave the premiere a rare average grade of “A+”; read post mortem.

FOX | Hell’s Kitchen (1.8 mil/0.3) dipped in both measures. The already-renewed LEGO Masters (910K/0.2) hit a new all-time audience low but was steady in the demo.
