‘Tidying Up With Marie Kondo’ Trailer: Start The New Year With The Joy Of Organization

Leave the mess of 2018 behind with global organization icon Marie Kondo and her new Netflix series Tidying Up With Marie Kondo. Launching on the streaming giant January 1, 2019, Kondo will spark joy around the world as she helps real people get organized.

In the eight-episode series, Kondo guides people who are at a crossroads and resolved to finally tackle the clutter blocking their joy, transforming lives in emotional and surprising ways. As seen in the trailer, things get a little emotional between the bestselling author and those whose lives are in desperate need of tidying.

Throughout the series, Kondo will help a family of four who have relocated from a four-bedroom home in Michigan to a Los Angeles apartment as well as a recently widowed woman grappling with how to let go of her beloved late husband’s possessions – but not his memory. She will also help a young couple living in West Hollywood leave their college-style lifestyle behind and help soon-to-be parents pave their way for their future family.

Tidying Up With Marie Kondo is executive produced by The Jackal Group’s Gail Berman, Joe Earley and Hend Baghdady; and Marie Kondo, Takumi Kawahara, and Bianca Barnes-Williams.
