Tornado Emergency Issued in Little Rock

A tornado emergency was issued for the Little Rock area as a severe weather system threatened the southeastern United States on Friday, March 31.

Video posted to Twitter by Cari Reeves shows a funnel cloud looming on Friday afternoon.
