Transformation Street continued to inspire tonight
Transformation Street continued on ITV tonight (January 18) and once again it was an enlightening and powerful watch.
Tonight we met former firefighter Stephanie (pictured above), formerly known as Mark, who has lost her wife, her home and contact with her two sons since she decided to live as a woman.
Also featured were writer Juno, who grew up believing she was a gay man, and Emma, who was busy preparing for breast augmentation surgery.

Viewers were hugely supportive of the patients featured and were delighted that they are fulfilling their dreams:
It bothers me so much that the average age of these people on #TransformationStreet is past their 40's. They have spent so long being someone they are not and it's just tragic. No matter who we are, make sure we are exactly that. Who we are. Be your best you.
