Tweetdeck down: Twitter dashboard app hit with login problems
Social media dashboard app Tweetdeck has been hit with technical problems with people around the world left unable to log in.
Those using Twitter accounts in the UK and the US have reported issues accessing the site after seeing the message: "Sorry, something went wrong" when trying to log in.
The platform is widely used by professionals in different areas of business and journalism to manage their web presence and monitor multiple streams of social media activity.
A string of Tweetdeck users posted complaints on Twitter on Monday afternoon.
@TweetDeck I am getting this message currently when I am trying to get into my account. Any ideas on what I need to do would be greatly appreciated. pic.twitter.com/pLKsvAXvjx

@TweetDeck Hi. I can't log into my TweetDeck. All I get on the log in page is this message: Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. (Cannot read property 'getList' of undefined). I can't find any helpful support instructions to resolve this.

Andreas Savvides, who describes himself as a "tech lead" at Twitter, said the company was "working on a fix".
Thanks for spotting this - we're working on a fix.

It is not yet clear what caused the issue.
