Two bodies found inside Leeds home as police launch investigation

Two bodies have been found inside of a home in Leeds as a police investigation is launched.

West Yorkshire Police received a report of a concern for safety at 1.48pm today (April 25) and were called to a property on Fearnville Close. Upon entering the property, they found the bodies of two adults inside.

A scene remains in place, but no one else is being sought in connection with the incident. However, the police will continue to investigate so they can understand the circumstances of what took place.

The police said: "Police were called to a property on Fearnville Close, Leeds following a report of a concern for safety, which was received at 1.48pm today.

"After entering the property, the bodies of two adults were found inside the address. A scene is currently in place at Fearnville Close.

"This investigation is in its early stages and enquiries are ongoing to understand the circumstances of what has taken place but at this time no one else is being sought in relation to the incident."
