UK Heatwave: Wear Sun Cream Or Go Luminous Pink

Running the risk of getting a sunburn is one not worth taking - they can be painful, uncomfortable and even dangerous.

And they can also turn you luminous pink.

As temperatures creep up past 30 degrees over the next couple of days, wearing sun cream outside is very important - as this chap knows only too well.

His sunburn is of the epic fail kind - that kind of colour is something you’d see if someone fell in a vat of toxic chemicals.

And to cap it all off, he has the most blatantly obvious tan lines where he was wearing shorts.

Not a good look.

The picture was posted on Reddit, with the warning: “The brother-in-law. Wear sunscreen, kids.”

Commenters on the pic agreed that this fella is about to suffer for a while.

One wrote: “Welcome to not being able to shower. Or sit. Or wear clothing comfortably.”

Another added: “After a few days, that’s going to itch so bad he’s going to think he’ll lose his mind, it will itch like that for about 2 weeks. I’ve done this once.”

In all seriousness that looks incredibly painful but we’re a bit confused as to how he got in that state in the first place.

Did he not notice that his skin was starting to glow after a while?

Or did he just make a rookie error and fall asleep under the sun.

Either way, he ain’t lying on his back for a few days.
