University student, 21, wins the Internet with PowerPoint presentation Tinder profile
Getting noticed on Tinder is not necessarily easy but one student has seen his profile exposed to thousands by turning it into a PowerPoint presentation.
Sam Dixey decided to turn his profile on the dating app into a list of all his qualities in professional bullet points.
Rather than writing out a large spiel about why women should date him, the 21-year-old Leeds University student simply writes: “Please refer to PowerPoint above.”

Instead of the usual carefully angled photos of himself, Sam posts various shots along with sections including ‘things I enjoy doing’ and ‘other notable qualities and skills’.
Those skills include owning a Netflix account and being a “great guy to take to family events”.
There are also “reviews” from notable people like his dad – and Donald Trump – to add weight to his claims.

The hilarious profile was posted on Twitter by Tinder user Gracie Barrow, whose post has since been retweeted 27,000 times and liked over 115,000 times.
Sam had no idea he had become an instant Internet star, telling the BBC that he created the profile last year.

Maybe he’s modest…I mean he clearly puts in effort, just look at that PowerPoint!

I love when guys on dating sites are ACTUALLY funny in their profile rather than just saying “great sense of humor.”

I’d swipe right just for the presentation skills

I’d swipe right purely for the amount of effort that he put into this. Love

He said: “We smashed it out in half an hour and tweaked it with our own photos. I can laugh at myself, so decided to make it funny…
“At the weekend, I was completely oblivious until I got home from football and people started tagging me. By then, around 1,500 people had liked my presentation. I had no idea it would go viral.”
Sam is currently single but said he may go on a date with Gracie, who made his profile a viral sensation.
The biological sciences student, who has been on around 20 dates since updating his Tinder profile, plans to travel to South Asia over the summer before returning to the UK to start work.
