Approaching Tropical Depression Creates Leaky Hawaiian Hotel Roof

Tropical Depression Kilo created unstable weather in the Honolulu, Hawaii area, triggering thunderstorms and flash flooding on August 24. The storm is expected to intensify and potentially become a tropical storm as it moves closer to Hawaii, according to local reports. A tropical storm warning has been issued for Johnston Island.
